The Boho Creative
This site is a work in progress, but I plan to use this space to showcase a small selection of the freelance projects I have worked on under the name The Boho Creative:
The Wolves in Wolves sculpture (2017)
I was commissioned by Dr Paul Darke, director of Outside Centre, to design the wolf sculpture used as a basis for Wolverhampton’s largest art trail. Read more on WIkipedia…
Wolves in Wolves wolf designs (2017)
I collaborated with my brother, Derick Jones, and fellow Wulfrunian, Neil Hodgkiss, to design and paint Fenrir, a wolf sculpture inspired the Anglo-Saxon Cross Shaft in St Peter’s Gardens.
In the Shadow of Elisabeth (2016)
I was commissioned by Dr Greig Campbell to design the exhibition and promotional materials for a Heritage Lottery Funded oral history project documenting the closure of Bilston Steelworks.
Boundary Way Project (2015-2016)
I was commissioned by Moya Lloyd, the founder of Boundary Way Project, to design the branding and promotional material for a series of arts and heritage projects made possible through the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Offa’s Press (2010–2017)
I was commissioned by Simon Fletcher, Editor of Offa’s Press, to design the branding and promotional material for this regional poetry publishing house, funded through Arts Council England. This included working with the poets on the layout and cover designs for many of their books.
Please note, I no longer take on freelance graphic design.
